I have created a masterpiece!

After watching Matty Fusaro I really wanted to make Taco Salad.  Enter ingredients!


500g packet of mince (got the non-lean stuff by mistake!)
1 red onion
1 packet of guacamole, salsa, and sour cream
1 iceberg lettuce
1 tin of taco beans in tomato sauce
1 packet of fajitas seasoning



I pan fried onions until soft then added the mince and cooked it with the fajitas seasoning until everything was cooked and amazing.  Then added bean times and let it cook for another few minutes.  In the meantime I cut up loads of lettuce and put it in a bowl.  When I was happy with the mince/beans/onion mix I added a portion on top of the lettuce, then plopped some guac and salsa on top.  I decided to save some fat and went with natural low fat yoghurt instead of using the sour cream.

ta-dah!

It looks weird and gross but it tastes awesome.  Macros are pretty good for me too.

Non-lean mince + 1 wrap

Lean-mince + 1 wrap
Calories - 462
Carbs - 51g
Fat - 11.5g
Protein - 39g

Pulled chicken + 1 wrap
Calories - 497
Carbs - 47g
Fat - 14g
Protein - 41g
